This day and age anybody with a computer, phone or tablet can write a post make a blog and most importantly talk about fitness however, not everyone knows what they are actually talking about when it comes fitness. Due to this there is a lot of incorrect or just bad information out there. My aim is to help other to learn the correct information so that they can train correctly on their own. While also offering personal training for those people living in the Canberra area who find fitness and training hard, or simply want to trainer where the best athletes in Australia go to train.

I have been working at the AIS since 2013, and i currently work as one of the trainers for the recovery program ran at the AIS. i am currently finishing my Bachelor of sport and exercise science at the university of Canberra.
i am a fully qualified level 2 fitness Australia exercise professional with my Diploma of fitness. Along with this i also have qualification for:
- Bio-mechanics
- Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation
- Aqua based training
- Boot camp
- Boxing / Martial Arts for Fitness
- Swim coaching
